An Urban Bike Commuter’s Prayer

Our Father, Who Rides In Heaven,

Titanium Be Thy Frame.

Thy Kingdom Come,

Ten Cogs or One,

Fixed, or with a Freewheel.

Give Us This Day Our Daily Commute,

And Forgive Us Our Trespasses,

As We Deal With Idiot Drivers Who Trespass Against Us.

Lead Us Not Into Car Doors,

But Deliver Us From Traffic.

For Thine Are The Cross Walks, The Stoplights, And Manhole Covers,

Now, And During Rush Hour.

[TO WHOEVER OWNS THIS PICTURE: Hope that you don’t mind that I did the right click/ cut/paste thing.  I came across it while goofing around and the image just sort of fit.   Let me know if you want me to take it down…]
